Impressive Strategy & Negotiation Skills
We loved working with the Gwinn Team!
First, we were impressed with their strategy and negotiation skills during the offer process. Due to the competitive housing market in Seattle, many of our friends have failed in purchasing their dream houses (sometimes many times over) because they (and their realtors) did not know what mattered to the seller and how to craft an attractive offer. But with the Gwinn Team’s help, we were able to purchase our dream house on our first attempt in a competitive multi-offer situation.
Second, we very much appreciated the level of personal service and follow-up. When I flew in to Seattle last minute to look at the house, the Gwinn Team dropped everything last minute to schedule a full day of house hunting and even offered airport pick-up and drop-off so that my visit was as seamless and efficient as possible. Later, during the offer and closing period, the team was available and responsive at all hours to our numerous questions and concerns. Even after the closing period, while we were still living in another city, the team facilitated the collection of contact information and price quotes for various contractors that we needed and even went to the house last minute to accept deliveries on our behalf.
Finally, in addition to being super competent, industry-savvy and responsive, Tammy and Lindsey have great can-do attitudes and senses of humor. They made what is typically a very stressful situation somehow fun. Five stars to the Gwinn Team! We have already referred a number of friends to them and will continue to do so in the future.
